My great grandparents used to have a cabin at Lake Kanopolis. My mom has a lot of stories about "all the fun the cousins had" out there! Just thought it was interesting his race was there. I have never really heard anyone mention that lake except my mom!

It's a beautiful lake, Jen! We have camped and hiked (awesome trails) since 2002. The water levels are super low this year but it will bounce back.
